Beautiful day today, but getting dark earlier every day.

Illinois owes billions to its vendors, and has a policy of not paying for months....I don't know about you but I pay my state tax on time, I pay my property tax on time, I pay my sales tax on time....and each have been substantially increased of late. but Illinois, while taking in more money via taxes, cannot pay its bills.
Is Illinois late on paying the ridiculously high pensions to the hogs? has Fudd said one word about getting this comical problem under control? well, people that start now and will be retiring in 30 years might not get as much.
what a joke. $100 billion in the hole on pensions alone. but the state pays pensions at the expense of running its operations.
