Wednesday, Oct. 26...second post.
I had to add a second posting today, because this is the type of story that should be met with outrage.

to tie the approval for a power plant to the set aside of $30 mil for non-white students is discrimination at its worst. but where is the outrage? where is the set aside for whites? if there was a $30 mil set aside for non-minority students, there would be hearings, the reverands would be there, and the end result would be $60 million set aside for minorities because of their hurt feelings. and who pays for this $30 million for non-white college scholarships? why, the people that pay their electric bills, of course. US.
the Ghost Moose just picked up another tick....show him somewhere to lay down and die, please.
