The winter marches on. the excitement from yesterday's bears game has been obliterated by another Monday. Good to have a job to go to though. So many people still don't - and that was the reason I started writing this blog two years ago.
Wrapping up the year end project here. It will be good to get back to business as usual, and launch a few projects that will make things better, more efficient, etc. I am fortunate to have a role where that approach is encouraged. There is something comforting, or secure, about having a routine, and some predictable, manageable workload to do. but, it keeps things fresh when there is an expectation of change, of improvement. Setting a benchmark and making changes that improve upon that benchmark.
so, now there is no more football in Chicago, I have some creative energy to channel into something.
I have no excuse but to have a good answer to "what have you done differently to expect a different result". time to make a list of what has to be done differently.
