Super Bowl Sunday. The NFL season flies by so quickly every year. When that ends today, golf season will still be 2 months away. At least in Chicago.
I saw an article on CNN that said job recovery will happen in 2010. Sure - like anyone can predict that. I still have colleagues getting downsized, so we are far from stabilized. I have now been at my job for almost a year, and that time has really flown by. It is so much better to be using effort at a job instead of using that effort to find a job. but I know we don't have that choice. I read the stories of the plight of job seekers, and can really relate - the lack of activity and the overall absence of any professional courtesy, the willingness to take a job only to be met with the "you are overqualified and you used to make a lot of money" logic.
