last day off of a 3 day weekend.  nice to be off an extra day.  to all who served - thank you.  I imagine those heroes who served and sacrificed cringe, or roll over in their graves to see what their sacrifice has provided.  the right for an influx of parasites.  the criminal mistreatment of veterans.  the fact that illegals and inmates in guantanimo get better and more timely health care than those who sacrificed limbs. my hat is off to those who served.  It is appreciated by real Amercans, and taken for granted by the parasites and shitbags. 

gray and cold today.  seems like more often than not, the weather is bad for this national holiday.  well, it will be a national holiday until the muslims or some other group determine that it is offensive.  then it will be renamed to somthing like "all culture day".  of course, the last few presidents have been draft dodgers, or foreigners, so they have no idea what service to ones country is all about.  obama neglected to salute the marine standing at attention at the helicopter last week.  time for letterman to show a clip of sara palin and a malaprop.

Will winter never end?  This weather sucks - can't do anything outside.  and, looking at the pics I post, you know I love to be outside. so, Gov. How ya coming on fixing the pension mess, Einstein??? Gov. Quinn:  please tell us your IQ.  If the question confuses you , please make a confused face and answer with your fingers. finally Friday. due to the overwhelming success of my Ghost Moose story (in my own mind), here is a parable entitled: THE WOLVES In a nice town where wolves were not indigenous, a wolf showed up...then another wolf....then many wolves.  The townspeople asked the government to help them get rid of the wolves...the government said "no - we will set out food for the wolves, and make them places to live".  the townspeople said "but we don't want wolves around here.  they take up space that we townspeople built, and we cannot go there because it is unsafe due to the wolves.  the wolves have gotten into our schools, and our kids cannot learn at the right pace because the teachers are too busy dealing with problems caused by the wolves.  we do not want wolves around, so please stop feeding them and making places for them to live."  The government said no - wolves are ok, and we even want them to vote in your elections.  Get used to the wolves, they ain't goin

Not much left in 2011...and each day we are a bit closer to spring... The toilet that is Illinois will be enacting over 200 new laws at the start of 2012. http://www.myfoxchicago.com/dpp/news/metro/new-year-comes-with-more-than-200-new-illinois-laws-2012-20111228 In these laws, I cannot find: - a law limiting pension abuse, and illegal enrichment - a law limiting the public's exposure to pension debt - a law prohibiting insider deals from  politicians - a law prohibiting municipalities from selling assets that have been paid for by citizens - a law prohibiting illigal aliens from parasitically consuming resources paid for by legal residents the list could go on forever.  these 200 new laws are largely to keep the middle class in line so the rich can continue to be richer. and if you throw out your compter, prepare to be fined. Illinois - what a shithole.
