I was lazy and did not post this weekend. But, I did make it to the health club both days....getting back into lifting. I just can't bring myself to do the treadmill or climber - I have no patience for aerobic exercise anymore. I guess that is why I can't lose weight. But I am getting bigger muscles...which, as we all know, is very important to a 53 year old...not.

obama said last week he was doing everything in his power to bring gas prices down...I paid 3.99 a gallon last wednesday, and the same station yesterday was 4.19 a gallon. sooo....back in the 2008 election when the dems criticized bush for high gas prices, and said they had a plan to bring prices back down....where is that plan? or was that so much idle chatter about something that no one can do anything about other than use it as a campaign issue.
so many lies we were fed. so much hot air. there is no candidate that can change the direction we are headed...which is downward. who will fix the deficit? who will address govt pensions? who will deal with illegal immigration? no one that is running now. what will it take to deal with these issues?
