time flies...so does life. since my last post, so much has happened. birthdays, graduations, all of that. life happens. I am busy as ever, and unfortunately, still know a lot of folks newly downsized, which was what led mt to start this blog back in Dec, 08. the world itself is such a confused place. no matter what you read, it seems just another indicator of how screwed up things are. but, things are what we make of them. a speaker at my son's graduation told a story of an Indian tale, of how all of us have 2 wolves inside us, one good, one bad. the yound indian asked the elder which one will survive and his answer was "the one that you feed". so, I need to make a conscious effort to feed the good one. the one that has a positive outlook on life. and so it goes.
